📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

    Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition:
    Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or discounted items

    • Customized products

    • Items without original tags and packaging

📦 Open Parcel Policy

  • We offer an Open Parcel option 

  • Customers are allowed to check the product at the time of delivery before payment.

  • In case the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you can refuse to accept the parcel immediately.

  • Once the parcel is accepted and payment is made, no claims of damage or missing items will be entertained.

    After approval, you’ll be guided on how to send the item back.

  3. Shipping Charges:
    Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or wrong.

  4. Processing Time:
    Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
